I am writing a blog in part to exercise a part of my creativity I have hid for so long. Writing, for me has always been something I was sure I wasn't good at so never pursued. But what the hey.. if no one reads this blog than maybe it's true.

I believe sincerely in the need for more leadership development in our organizations. We do a really bad job of developing future leaders and I have a passion for talking about it. This blog is an attempt to start a conversation about leadership development.
